Kinda Eteko Group from Mombasa

Propel Training partnered with Kinda Eteko group in late 2015.  Due to their implementation of the House of Principles, they have become more organized and their leadership has been strengthened.   In July of 2016, our Coast Field Coordinator, Samuel Ochiewo, assisted them in organizing a Harambe to raise funds for a group business.  At the Harambe, they were able to raise KSH 300,000.  He then did research for them as to which business they should start.  After researching and weighing the options, the group decided to purchase a Tuk tuk.  The Tuk tuk was purchased in December of 2016 and it is currently operating in Mombasa.  They plan to share out profits from the business quarterly.
